Foundations of Leadership
Session One. Leadership Development Plan and Companion
This is not a program that teaches you to lead. You already lead. What has been missing is the structure to see your leadership clearly enough to work with it. That is what this is: a structure for recognition.
The program is one continuous arc. It begins with a decision, volition, and the four conditions that make development possible. From there, eight modules move from the inside out. Each module gives you data. None of it is a verdict. Running through all of it is your Leadership Development Plan. By the end you are holding a plan built from your own honest recognition, in your own words, about the leader you have been and the one you are choosing to become.
What you will be able to do
- See the pattern underneath your own leadership
- Know what you carry into the room and what others are receiving
- Read a situation before you respond
- Choose what to develop, and own the plan
